The Best Italian Beef

My hubby loves anything that has to do with meat. If that was the only food group I fed him from, he would be very happy. Italian Beef is one of his favorite meals, but it always intimidated me… until I realized it’s the simplest recipe! There is practically nothing to it.

You just stick in a chunk of beef, cover it in seasonings and broth and peppers, and let it cook for 6 hours. Then you slop it on some buns and call it good! It is probably the easiest meal I have in my collection, as it requires no chopping, cleaning, measuring or anything of that sort. All you have to do is stick the roast in the fridge to defrost about a day before you make the meal.

This is a perfect summer meal! Just add a veggie of some sort and a cold drink, you’ve got a perfect, man-pleasing meal. 🙂

The Best Italian Beef

3-5 lb. beef roast of choice

A few spoonfuls of banana peppers 

1 cup beef broth 

1 packet Italian dressing mix 

Crockpot 6-8 hours on low.

    Pepperchini peppers are better
    It is also good with no Dressing mix, just use some Italian seasoning
    Also, you can put in frozen and do about 12 hours:)
