Heavenly Chocolate Drizzle Bundt Cake

I’ve got my mother-in-law to thank for this recipe and I make it every year for my husband’s birthday. It’s his absolutely favorite cake!

I’m sure that this cake would work perfectly fine in a regular pan, but I’ve never tried so I can’t say whether or not it would. But I do know that the bundt pan makes the slices the perfect size and is absolutely adorable for display before diving in.

I hope you love this cake as much as we do – and it’s literally a piece of cake to make!

Heavenly Chocolate Drizzle Bundt Cake

1 package yellow cake mix (18.25 oz)

1 package chocolate pudding mix (3.9 oz)

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 cup sour cream

3/4 cup vegetable oil

3/4 cup water

4 eggs

1 cup chocolate chips

2 squares white baking chocolate

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry mixes and sugar. Add the sour cream, oil and water. Mix well. Add eggs. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into a greased bundt pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes. Remove from pan to cool completely. In microwave, melt white chocolate according to directions on package. Drizzle over cake.
